Leaks and broken pipes
Mystery Wet Spots
Mystery leaks are when there is a wet spot but no sign of running water.
These leaks typically require significant time to locate and repair.
They can be from the irrigation, the house water line, a down spout drain, a head seeping because of a failed valve, a backed up septic tank, and many other things. it may require a leak locating company who specializes in leak
location by injecting air into the pipes and using special listening devices to locate the exact spot of origin.
Mystery leaks start with a service call to inspect the system and learn the layout, then hourly labor of $110 to investigate the leak further. Pricing can range from $260 to over $1,000 depending on the situation.
Drip Irrigation Leaks
Drip systems require frequent maintenance, and are often damaged by
rodent chewing. We have the parts to repair these leaks quickly! Small
systems repaired from $46.00 flat rate.
Larger
systems that require more time or have had maintenance deferred for an
extended period are billed at our current hourly rate plus the cost of
materials. We will do our best to complete the repairs as quickly and reasonably as possible.
Broken PVC Pipes / New Fence Leaks
Broken pipes at fences or when utility lines are pulled in is a common occurrence. General PVC pipe repair starts at $165.00 and up depending on the difficulty and time required to complete the repairs.
Roots, trees, and other obstructions can sometimes make these types of repairs difficult and costly. we will do our best to provide you with a fair and honest quote before beginning the work.
Leaks at Trees
These
leaks typically require significant time to locate and repair.
Many times a new line has to be trenched in around the tree to preserve the health of the tree. They are often very expensive. we typically refer these leaks to one of our service partners who specializes in leak work as we do not have enough time to dedicate.
Swing / Funny Pipe Leaks and Damage
The black flexible line that runs from the sprinkler head to the main pvc line is typically shallow and often cut or damaged when planting or having internet lines installed.
We can typically repair these leaks for $46.00 if no obstructions exist such as heavy roots.
Low Pressure on a Zone
Typically low pressure on a zone is an indication of a a leak, but can sometimes be a valve issue.
The best way to address this issue is with a service call so that we can evaluate the site and determine the issue & best course of action.
Valve re-builds start at $150.00 & PVC leaks start at $165.
PVC LEAKS FROM TERMITE STATIONS
Termite stations are the cause of many leaks. With the way the stations are installed thepest control company often does not realize that they damaged the pipe. General PVC pipe repair starts at
$165.00 and up depending on the difficulty and time
repaired to complete the repairs.

Backflow Assembly Leaks
The backflow is the device that isolates the water from the main water line serving the home and the irrigation system. This device is typically within a few feet of the water meter.
We
do not service backflows, they are a specialty item and require state
certification to calibrate and certify. This is typically a plumbers
area of expertise as this device connects directly to the house service
line that is typically copper or pex. While we service PVC used in
irrigation, we do not carry fittings or have the specialty equipment to
service copper and pex pipe.
If you have a backflow leak we recommend contacting a trusted plumber to help complete the project.
EMERGENCY LEAK REPAIRS
We stay very busy servicing both new and existing clients and are often booked out 2-5 days depending on the time of year. With our days full it leaves only the late afternoon and night hours to make emergency repairs when absolutely necessary.
luckily emergency leaks are few and far between. The best approach is to shut the water off to the irrigation system at the backflow device and schedule service during normal hours.
Emergency service starts at $125 FOR THE FIRST HALF HOUR & $165 AN HOUR THEREAFTER, PLUS THE COST OF MATERIALS.
After 25 years of home ownership across 3 different states, we FINALLY found a reliable, professional sprinkler repair company.
